Lynnhurst Hotel

We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding day beyond wonderful! From the first time we met with you to discuss the venue for our wedding day, we were always confident that we had picked the best place to hold our wedding. We were thoroughly impressed with the packages available and the flexibility in options. You were so helpful and for that we thank you. From the start, our questions were answered promptly and courteously. Because of this treatment, we never once worried about how our wedding would turn out with regards to food, staff and coordination. Rachel, on the day was absolutely amazing and genuinely did make us feel at ease throughout the full event - we are forever grateful. The full bar staff team were fabulous and were very positive all night. Our honeymoon suite was fantastic and all our guests commented on how lovely their rooms were. Everything was so clean so thanks to the hotel house keeping team who clearly do a fabulous job in the background. They had the rooms perfect, which we are thankful for. Words cannot express how grateful we are for such wonderful day. Our guests all commented about the food and facilities and many have expressed how impressed they were with the Lynnhurst themselves! Thank you again for all that you have done to help us.

A wee delayed review! Had my wedding there which was absolutely amazing with the help of the staff there especially Hannah. Everyone had a blast and it was an enjoyable and relaxing day for us too. Everything was well organised and facilitated, didn't have to worry about finding a florist, a DJ, or a cake shop. All of these were included in the package. Extremely satisfied with our experience. Thanks to everyone who contributed in making our day extra special.

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and was eating something at the time. As we entered the restaurant, a member of staff in a jacket and backpack was coming or going and told us to find a table and that someone would come to us. It was ages before anyone did come. Service was very slow. A family who came in after us, left before we had paid our bill. We must have been in the restaurant nearly 2 hours. The waiting staff were pleasant and friendly, and the meal was delicious, but we weren't impressed by the initial experience or the slow service. Previous visits were not like this. I emailed the hotel twice to complain and they didn't reply.
